  • Where does MAYBE swimwear ship to? 
    •  MAYBE swimwear ships worldwide.
  • What are the shipping costs? 
    • We offer free shipping for all countries. 

 

  • What is the return policy? 
    • MAYBE swimwear hopes you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have thirty days from the date you received the order to return your product. MAYBE swimwear has a number of rules for this: 
    • It must be returned in the original packaging; 
    • The product must be purchased from MAYBE swimwear; 
    • Products provided with hygiene strip(s) cannot be exchanged without hygiene strip(s); 
    • The purchase tickets are attached to the product. Without these confirmed purchase tickets, you cannot exchange the product; 
    • The product must be unworn; 
    • The product must not be damaged or incomplete;

MAYBE swimwear has the option to refuse the return if it does not meet one of the above requirements. You will then receive an email and your money will not be refunded. 

 

  • What are the return costs? 
    • The costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your expense. 

 

  • Can I cancel my order? 
    • To cancel your order, you can send an email to info@maybeswimwear.com. Please note: MAYBE swimwear tries to send your order as quickly as possible, if your order is already on its way, your order can no longer be canceled. 

  

  • How do I take care of my swimsuit? 
    • To maintain the quality of your bikini, rinse it immediately after use in salt or chlorine water. 
    • Wash the bikini by hand with cold water and mild detergent. Dry in the shade. 
    • Avoid contact with rough surfaces and be careful wearing light clothing over the bikini, some shades may run or stain when wet. 
    • Be careful when applying sunscreen and oil, as these can stain your swimsuit. 
    • Note: Do not wring, iron, soak or bleach. Do not put in the dryer.
